As we are enjoying a late Summer why not

make the most of the gorgeous weather and

Henley Show

Located in Greenlands Farm, Dairy Lane,

Hambleden you will find something

for everyone.

Horse show, dog show, cattle competitions, vintage cars, 

food & wine tent, craft marquee

And a shopping arcade where we can be found selling our candles,

beaded garlands and candle holders.

So why not pop along and have a fun day out!

Happy to say that we will be back at the Windsor Emporium 

on Sunday 2nd September. 

We took a short summer break but we'll be there every month 

now...Christmas is only 19 weeks away!

Come along and see us and lots of other wonderful

craft, art and antique stalls.

Oh and make time for tea and delicious cake

at the Vintage Cafe!

Beautiful Bathrooms

The bathroom has always been a sanctuary for me,

a place to escape, to relax and unwind...

I don't really have a preference

any of these would be

perfect for me....

Soak away the blues of this miserable day!

Guilty Pleasures

One of my guilty pleasures is watching the programme Salvage Hunters,

so I couldn't wait for the weekend so that I could visit the Salvo Fair

at Stubbings Estate.

It amazes me that items that were discarded in the past are

now highly sort after by interior designers.  School chairs and stools from the science labs

were in abundance, so too were church pews and galvanised steel watering cans

which I remember my Dad using!

One company that really impressed me with their innovative designs

was Antiques By Design. Just take a look at some of their creative

lighting....

Even a pair of scissors have been given a new lease of life as
a lamp!

Diamond Jubilee Weekend

The Diamond Jubilee weekend will

than Windsor.

This Sunday the Windsor Emporium

will be opening the doors of 

the Guildhall once again and inviting 

you in to buy antiques, art and 

handmade luxury gifts.

other artisans and enjoy a coffee

in the vintage cafe.

It has been a gorgeous sunny afternoon

here in beautiful Berkshire...

I have just got back from walking

our lovely dog Harry

a minature schnauzer and

was happy to see so many

signs that spring is on it's way!

An Inspirational Lady.....

The talented and innovative Jane Packer sadly passed away in November 2011 at the age of 52, she changed the face of floristry with her unique style and created stunning floral displays.
